Day 1 Workout

Warm Up: (Do each exercise 8x. Don’t break in-between for the warmup!)

Abs: (Do whole circuit 1 exercise after the other. Break after the circuit for 30sec. Repeat circuit 3x)

Legs: (Do whole circuit 1 exercise after the other. Break after the circuit for 30sec. Repeat circuit 3x)

Arms: (Do whole circuit 1 exercise after the other. Break after the circuit for 30sec. Repeat circuit 3x)
